Dave Pagac

Dave Pagac began his career at Ford Motor Company as a Material Expeditor in 1993 and moved to the position of Prototype Specialist in 1995 at the New Model Program Development Center. Dave participated in multiple committees and his involvement in the union began in 2006 when he was elected as the Alternate Delegate to the 2006 Constitutional Convention. He was elected as Vice President in 2007 and then elected to three terms as President/Chairman of UAW Local 931. In July 2015, Dave was selected to be on the International Staff and was assigned to Region 1A under Regional Director, Rory Gamble. In June 2020, President Rory Gamble appointed Dave to the President’s Office as an Administrative Assistant/Director over Arbitration, Aerospace, Sourcing, Time Study and Technical, Office and Professional (TOP). On August 27, 2021, Dave was appointed to Assistant Director of UAW Region 1A by UAW Region 1A Director Laura Dickerson. 

Dave has his degree in Industrial Relations. During his time at Ford Motor Company, Dave has served on numerous committees, including the Veteran’s Committee. Dave honorably served over 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and is very passionate about helping veterans. Dave has been married to his wife, Andrea, for over 30 years and they are the proud parents of Julia, Amanda, and Erica. Dave is from Allen Park, Michigan, but currently resides in Southgate, Michigan.
