I have been with MDOC since 2003 working as a Probation Officer managing various caseloads. I most recently supervised sex offenders and maintained an active role in Local 6000. I have represented members as a Chief Steward and the Guide on the Executive Board. In addition, I served as Chair for the Statewide Labor Management team and the MDOC Statewide Health and Safety Representative. I have helped lead safety initiatives, alleviate technology integration issues, and have successfully handled numerous grievances in an effort to promote consistent management practices.
