I have represented and served my coworkers in every Department, as your Local Representative, for the last 3 years. Appointed and Elected as a Steward-at-Large and represented/ served my coworkers in every Department Statewide in the Grievance Procedure, Investigatory and Disciplinary Conferences. The end result was successful in settling grievances on terminations, other disciplinary and non-disciplinary actions to the satisfaction of the coworkers. I have served in other roles at Local 6000 on the Primary and Secondary Bargaining Teams; Statewide Labor Management Team (Department of Health and Human Services); Membership Council and former Trustee. I am currently the Liaison for Department of State. I have had numerous training, including Arbitration and Grievance Handling.
