Welcome all of the new employees to the Willow Run Plant. Since we are a union facility our ambition is always to educate our membership. In the past, new employees would have the opportunity to be educated at several union sites, however situations have changed that has made it difficult to bring awareness to our members. Therefore, we are privledged to provide information that would help our membership to understand our history and our purpose of being a union member. So that the sacrifices that were made will continue to bring us the benefits that we have today.
